CNC Cutting Services

CNC cutting services are available for plywood and composite board materials. If the builder has complete .dxf cutting files they can be used on our CNC to cut out parts on a 3 axis CNC. Our machine is set up for natural materials (plywood) and certain composite materials (foam, coosa, epoxy board). We do not have a designer and engineer in house, so you may have to source the CAD design and cut files from reputable prototype, design or engineering companies.

We do offer CNC puzzle joint cutting for 4x8 sheets of plywood. The puzzle joint can be added to the long or short edge of a 4x8 sheet of plywood. The design is complete and patented by Timber Boatworks, so there is no design or engineering fees since the cut file is already complete. Each cut is $100, for either the long edge or the short edge. Please contact for specific pricing.
